Evaluation Of NN Airport In The Central Hall Construction Project Quality Management Research

Quality is the theme of the development of modern society,the project quality management as the core content of project management,to improve and promote the development of enterprises and the realization of project objectives,plays an important role.At present,along with our country economy high speed development of the society and the advancement of urbanization,large public buildings and infrastructure construction project,the construction difficulty is also increasing.How to do the quality management of large construction projects,is the key to project success or failure,has become an issue worthy of our study.Around the engineering construction project quality management theme,this paper based on the project quality management perspective,select the new terminal building of NN airport central hall construction project as the research object,by using the method of project management theory,research on the current situation of the quality management of the project,aiming to explore the problems and causes in the process of management,seeking to strengthen construction quality management countermeasures.This paper found that the project construction quality management,such as the quality of the project entity is more,the quality of the processing is not in place,the information submitted is not timely and so on.The reasons are:construction management and operators of the quality awareness is not strong,the business quality is not high,the construction management system is not perfect,construction quality management and control measures are not in place,and so on.In order to strengthen the construction quality management of the project,this paper puts forward five countermeasures:one is to comprehensively improve the quality of construction management and operating personnel,the second is to build a sound construction quality management system,the third is to strengthen the quality control measures,Four is to strengthen the construction quality process dynamic control measures,five is to improve the sampling inspection plan.In a word,for the purposes of this project and similar large construction project construction quality management,in view of the key factors affecting construction quality should be first identified and validated,in order to accurately grasp the key point of quality management and control,and comprehensive utilization of project quality management methods and tools,implementation of dynamic control process of construction quality,effective monitoring process quality variation,and to deal with the problems in time,make the engineering construction quality to achieve quality standards,eventually realize the goal of quality management.
