Research On Engineering Quality Management In Civil Aviation Airport Construction

In the current the high popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of information technology have promoted the exchanges between countries,the global economic integration has been advancing,the market openness of our country has been improving,many multinational enterprises have entered our market,and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.In this case,if an enterprise wants to improve its competitiveness and occupy a place in the fierce market competition,it must take active measures to improve product quality and service level,innovate technology,give full play to its advantages,improve the attractiveness of products or services,and meet the various needs of consumers as far as possible.With the continuous development of civil aviation technology,its convenience has been widely recognized by the public,and has become the first choice for long-distance travel or travel.However,in recent years,aviation accidents occur frequently,aviation safety has become a common concern of the public.As an important part of aviation safety,aviation project construction quality management has also become the focus of academic attention.Many scholars have carried out research on aviation project construction quality management.Firstly,the paper uses literature analysis method to consult the literature on the quality management of aviation project construction,and to understand the current research status of aviation project construction quality management at home and abroad.Then,it analyses the project construction situation of XXX International Airport in China,uses QFD and other quality analysis methods to analyze the current situation of project quality management of XXX International Airport,and points out the existing problems.The innovation of this paper is to apply QFD method to analyze the construction of XXX International Airport project,to rebuild the structure of quality cabin by QFD method,and then to correspond the importance of project quality and risk factors one by one.On this basis,the quality of project construction is analyzed,and the quality management level of project construction is studied through risk assessment.It is innovative to use QFD method to analyze the quality of project construction management,which can provide some reference for risk analysis of other project construction quality management.
