Substation is an important part of the power grid,which is responsible for the convergence and distribution of electric energy and the function of voltage grade transformation,which directly affects the safe and reliable operation of power system.This treatise takes the primary system design of Tongzishan substation as an example,through the use of new technology and new equipment,it meets the requirements of substation construction technically and economically,and provides reference for the design of substation in the future.Firstly,this treatise introduces the current domestic and foreign research status quo of substation,on the basis of summarizing the results of its development,the Tongzishan substation district power grid status quo and site conditions were analyzed,and put forward the necessity of the construction of the substation;Secondly,through the research on the status and role of the substation in the system,the size of the main wiring and the related specifications and the system suggestions,the connection form of the main connection is determined.The main variable capacity and the number of tables are determined by factors such as the proportion of the load at all levels in the region,the speed of economic development and the forecast of load growth in the next 5 to 10 years.Then,in order to reduce the harm of short-circuit fault to power system and ensure the safe and stable operation of substation,in this treatise,the largest power system operation mode under the three-phase short-circuit current calculation.Through short circuit current calculation and equipment calibration calculation,the equipment selection and calibration are completed.This treatise focuses on the comparison of the electric power cable from the electric performance,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,technology and economy of the new rare earth aluminum alloy power cable and transformer substation.Based on the comprehensive comparison,the power cable type of the substation is determined according to the actual situation of the substation project.In this substation,a new kind of environmental protection fire block is usedas the main fire sealing material of substation to reduce the hazard of fire to substation.Meanwhile,the optimal design of the cable trench was optimized.After that,detailed design and analysis are carried out for lightning protection grounding,melting ice and general electric plane layout.Finally,the feasibility of the design is verified economically and technically by calculating and analyzing various economic indexes and typical tidal current modes of the substation engineering design scheme.At the same time,the design scheme is summarized and the development and prospect of the substation are prospected.
