Container building is a new type of building mode,which has many advantages and is widely used in construction site,dormitory,port and mining area.Container building is built on original containers for transportation.They can be used independently or assembled to form all kinds of steel structures house with different styles according to their different uses and functions.At present,overpopulation and continuous migration have become a symbol of modern life,and the invasion of natural disasters has made many people homeless.This has exposed the anachronism of the traditional housing concept,which has inspired people to think about new types of housing.It is one of the new ideas to design a container into a new type of house.With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,the housing form of container building is gradually recognized by people.Modern people are pursuing modular combined container building with stronger function,more complex structure,more beautiful appearance and higher safety,thus the diversified design of container building has become the current research boom.This paper focuses on the study of container steel structure used in container building,the main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper expounds and analyzes the classification,characteristics,development course,research status,problems in the development,the significance and advantages of finite element analysis for container building,which studies the design theory of container steel structure used to form container building.(2)The scheme design,the steel structure design,the drawing of assembly drawing,the layout and selection of parts of a three-story container building are carried out.Make clear the idea of modeling,establish and simplify the model to obtain a three-dimensional simplified model of container building that meets the requirements of analysis.(3)The finite element analysis software Workbench is used to carry out mechanical analysis of the box module which has the weakest structural strength.In view of the deformation caused by the impact on the box during the transportation process,five typical conditions are selected for finite element analysis and the analysis conclusions are given.(4)According to the actual working conditions,the sampling test of the weak box module after manufacture is carried out according to the test outline.The test results are compared with the finite element analysis results to verify the rationality of the structural design.The deficiency of the box structure is pointed out,and the structure is rationalized with finite element method.(5)The finite element analysis under wind load,snow load,the combined action of wind load and snow load for the integral steel structure of three-story container building is carried out and the analysis conclusion is given.The design of container building by finite element analysis software can shorten the development cycle effectively,save the manufacturing cost,and it is of great significance to shorten the design period and improve the structure quality of container building.
