BIM Application Research On The Design Phase For Green Office Building

Among the total social energy consumption at present,energy consumption of the building industry accounts for a great proportion.To respond to the call of national sustainable development,the green building concept of energy-saving and environmental protection,comfort and health,natural harmony emerges at the right moment,which takes further impact on the building design field.The green building design focuses on providing healthy,comfort and high-efficient using space and realizing harmonious coexistence with the nature in the meantime of land saving,water saving,material saving,and energy saving,where,the green building design for office buildings,as the massive public building,is the priority among priorities.At the information age nowadays,computer-aided work form has become an inevitable effective means,and the BIM(building information modeling)technology is this kind of important technical means combined with information-based aided design for building industry.Therefore,it's imperative to do the systematic research on the theory and method combining BIM technology with green office building design.The main research content is as follows: Firstly,with the green building as the starting point,through study on the current situation in green building design,the factors affecting the green building design,and existing problems occurring during application of green building design are summarized.Meantime,the paper introduces the core concept and main characteristics of BIM technology,to expound the necessity of BIM technology in green building design,as well as the revolutionary change to green building design brought by BIM technology;secondly,based on the application of BIM in green office building design evaluation,the paper introduces the advantages of BIM technology in green office building design,summarizes the application framework of BIM technology in green office building design,as well as application strategy of BIM technology in green office building design,and works out the BIM-based green building design method in four phases such as conceptdesign,scheme design,preliminary design and construction drawing design;finally,the paper analyses the BIM-based green building design method by virtue of specific green office building examples,to research its application effect in energy saving,material saving,and indoor environment,and prove BIM technology reasonable,economical,and feasible as applied in green office building design.The study shows that: traditional building design has certain limitation.It's necessary to use BIM technology to solve the problems occurring in green building design.BIM technology brings significant change in process,method and thought of the building design.BIM technology is feasible and high-efficient in green office building design.The green building BIM design method put forward in the paper can better be applied in the green office building design.
