Objective Management Research About Commercial Mall Project Based On BIM Technology

The construction industry is the leading industry in the sustained and rapid development of China's economy,and its development and progress is an important thrust for me to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.However,the current construction industry generally has low profit margin due to the low efficiency of project management,which is much lower than the current situation of other secondary industries.The reason is that the current engineering management mode and management tools are no longer suitable for this information age.The emergence and introduction of BIM technology brought a new revolution to the construction industry.In this paper,in order to improve the current problems existing in the project management by objectives,to improve the efficiency of the project management by objectives,in order to "based on BIM technology commercial mall project target management research" as the direction of the discussion and research,through literature research,qualitative research,case studies and other methods,first studies the current situation of the development of BIM technology and application of ideas,and then analyzes the present situation of the current project management by objectives,puts forward the existing problems and their causes.Then,it further discusses and proposes the new application idea,implementation mode and development direction of BIM technology in engineering safety management,quality management,progress management and cost management.Finally,a commercial MALL project is cited to illustrate the feasibility of the theory and the superiority of BIM technology in project management.BIM technology in the application of objective management of the commercial mall is: first,BIM technology can be in the process of creating a model of drawing wrong,leakage,touch,such as lack of checking out,the sorting,participate in,the blue prints.the design to solve ahead of time,reduce the loss;3d display of the model,according to the size of the hole,adopt the plane and facade protection,and set theguidance construction according to the requirements.Secondly,BIM technology can create 3d visualization site layout,transform the layout plan into a three-dimensional model,and set up the layout of the site more intuitively and plan ahead.Once again,BIM technology can carry out construction simulation,associate the model in the software with the Project file,make the time setting of the component,and show the 3d visualization construction;Finally,BIM technical materials and other information can be added to the model,add the latitude model,combining time latitude latitude and materials,issue the material cost data graph,according to the data graph adjustment project cash flow situation,cost control,in order to smoothly according to the time limit for a project to complete the project.The development of BIM technology in the construction industry will be more and more in-depth,and the construction industry will be brought to a new development field.
