| The emergence of BIM technology has ushered in a tremendous transformation in the construction industry.It has realized the informatization coordination of all participants in the entire life cycle of the building and promoted the integrated management of design,construction,operation and maintenance.The emergence of BIM technology has changed the traditional construction management model of the project,and has led the construction management of the project to the goal of refinement,digitization and integration.The application of BIM technology can improve the communication efficiency and decision-making level in the construction process,improve the overall quality of the project,and reflect the management level.The vigorous promotion of BIM technology is an opportunity to improve the construction management level of the project.It will bring about a systematic change in the current construction management and improve the construction management level of the construction industry.In this context,this paper studies the application of BIM technology in the construction management of engineering projects.First of all,through research and summarization of the current construction project management in the quality management,schedule management and cost management of the three major problems and in-depth analysis of the reasons.Then it discusses the advantages of applying BIM technology to the construction management of the project,and compares the differences between BIM-based quality management,schedule management,cost management and traditional management models,and formulates the specific implementation process and working method of BIM technology in construction management.,Designed a construction quality management system based on BIM.Finally,taking the actual engineering project as an example,the economic and social benefits resulting from the construction management application of the project based on BIM technology are explained from aspects of drawing processing,collision detection,engineering 4D simulation,BIM visualization,material statistics and cost monitoring.And the use of BIM technology to improve the deficiencies in the traditional construction methods,proved the value of BIM technology in the construction of the project management.I hope that the BIM-based construction management models and methods summarized in this paper can be extended to other projects to help the project achieve greater economic and social benefits and improve the construction management level of the construction industry. |
