| With the progress of science,the development of economy and the maturity of the corresponding research theory,the bridge structure has developed rapidly in the direction of system special,space large span,full function,soft,beautiful and environmental protection.However,the bridge is affected by the problems of material aging,environmental corrosion and the defects of the design and construction in the previous period.The accumulation of time inevitably accelerates the aging of the bridge,reduces the bearing capacity of the structure,and gradually weakens the safety and use function of the bridge.It also reduces the service life of the bridge and poses a great threat to the security and stability of the society.Therefore,the health monitoring system of bridge health structure is set up to grasp the whole structure of the bridge and the working state of the components in real time.It is very important to evaluate the safety and stability of the bridge structure efficiently,quickly and accurately.It is very necessary to prevent the occurrence of bridge accidents,reduce the loss of property and avoid casualties.Based on the research status of the special structure bridge health monitoring system and the bridge health monitoring system based on BIM,the research content of the butterfly arch bridge health monitoring system based on BIM is clarified,and the technical route of the system research is drawn up.Based on the stress characteristics of the arch rib,the main beam and the hanger,the system monitoring project is determined.The function demand and the performance requirement of the system are put forward based on the monitoring project,and the overall framework of the system,data collection and transmission,data processing and control,data management and database,data analysis and analysis are further studied.The health evaluation and user interface show the design and research of five functional module subsystems,and discuss the significance of the linkage between the video surveillance system and the ultra limited monitoring data,and put forward the functional requirements of the linkage between the video and the ultra limited events.By comparing the two mechanisms of the front-end linkage and the central linkage,the selection is suitable for the health supervision of the bridge.The linkage mechanism of the system is measured;the BIM platform suitable for the bridge health monitoring system is studied.Through the "skeleton + template" method,the butterfly arch bridge BIM model is set up by CATIA software and embedded into theWEB end of the health monitoring system.The Web environment is simplified by simplifying the model properties,compressing the model data and reducing the model resolution.The lower BIM model is used to carry out light weight treatment.Combined with the owner’s capital situation,the system specific use demand and the practical application research results,the health monitoring system of a butterfly arch bridge in Chengdu is designed.The system has the advantages of convenient operation and practicability,and improves the management level of the bridge step by step. |
