Research Of Rural Dwellings Transformation Based On Industrial Model Update

At the present stage of social and economic development,in order to build a well-off society in an all-round way,the CPC Central Committee has proposed major strategic decisions for urban and rural co-ordination.Under this background,to find an effective entry point for the industry development in rural area and effectively promote the transition between urban and rural areas is the key to achieve the goal of urban and rural co-ordination.With the constant adjustment of the rural industrial structure,the rural industry has gradually formed a leap-forward development model from“The Primary Industry to The Tertiary Industry".The leisure service industry such as rural tourism is showing a momentum of rapid development,and an increasingly diversified trend.The results of the renewal of the rural industry model have begun to appear.However,the vigorous development of the construction of a new socialist countryside and the development of the rural economy is imperceptibly affecting the life style of the villagers.Regardless of the mode of production,the needs of life,or the aesthetic concept,traditional village dwellings can no longer meet the needs of villagers nowadays.The function of previous traditional building in the village is not sufficient for using.With the abundant material life,many villagers have begun to reconstruct or expand their houses spontaneously or passively.It is imperative to take industrial characteristics as the main orientation of design,to adjust the spatial structure and function of dwellings,to adapt to the village's economic planning and future development better,and to introduce some scientific and reasonable strategies for the renovation and transformation of rural housing.This paper combines the planning of the future development and the requirements of residents under the updated industrial model of Jianglong Town,and proposes the updated design principles for the residential development of Jianglong Town.Through the superior planning,current situation,and advantageous industries in Jianglong Town,the three types of residential houses in Jianglong Town are proposed to be renewed and reconstructed,and detailed solutions are proposed to meet the needs of rural residents after the industrial model is updated in the meanwhile improving the quality of basic living.Through the exploration of the renewal and transformation of residential buildings in Jianglong Town,we seek to explore more effective scientific methods for renovating rural residential houses under the conditions of the renewal of industrial models.
