Investigation On The Transformation And Reconstruction Of Rural Dwellings In Xi ’an Section Of Qinling Mountains Under The Background Of Rural Tourism

Chinese rural culture is long and deep,rural tourism resources are widely distributed.Since the mid-1990 s,the vast rural areas of China have been thriving as new tourism destinations,and the main body of rural tourism has also developed rapidly.So far,rural tourism has become an important way to promote rural social and economic development.At present,rural tourism has changed from sightseeing tour to in-depth experience tourism,from the form of "food" based farmhouse entertainment to "living","playing","learning" and other diversified needs of the new era of sojourning.As the ecological,beautiful and livable back garden of Xi ’an,Xi ’an Section of Qinling Mountains has advantages in tourism resources,environment,culture and geography.In the past 20 years,affected by the urban expansion of Xi ’an and with the improvement of traffic conditions and leisure consumption level,the northern foot of Qinling Mountains has become more and more closely related to the main urban area of Xi ’an,and the rural tourism has developed rapidly in the local area.In addition,in the process of urbanization development,rural development falls into the dilemma of "hollowing out" and "aging",and a large number of residential resources are idle,which is a great waste of rural resources.At present,with the in-depth development of rural tourism and the combination of idle residential resources and tourism development,the transformation of rural residential buildings has attracted the attention of the industry,and also become one of the focus of academic research.Finally,the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains has a unique geographical environment and its ecological status is very important.Under the construction of ecological civilization,the development of rural tourism has abandoned the development concept of large-scale demolition and construction,and relying on the original residential renovation has become the main direction advocated by the development of the Qinling Mountains.The transformation and transformation of rural residential tourism should be timely.From the perspective of rural tourism,this paper takes the rural dwellings transformed in Xi ’an Section of the Qinling Mountains as the main research object,starts with the situation of rural tourism in Xi ’an section of the Qinling Mountains,comprehensively analyzes the advantages of natural and cultural tourism resources in Xi’an section of the Qinling Mountains,and summarizes the development process and development mode of rural tourism in Xi ’an section of the Qinling Mountains.This paper analyzes the influence of rural tourism development on the transformation and reconstruction of rural residential buildings in Xi ’an section of Qinling Mountains and summarizes the transformation mode of rural residential buildings.Through field investigation,the basic situation of the transformation and reconstruction of rural dwellings in the study area was summarized,three types of transformation and reconstruction of rural dwellings were extracted,and the reconstruction methods of rural dwellings in Xi ’an section of Qinling Mountains were summarized from four dimensions of "functional adaptation transformation,structural safety transformation,performance improvement transformation and rural style reconstruction".Meanwhile,comparative analysis method was adopted.Learn from the experience of rural residential renovation across the country.Finally,the results and problems of transformation and reconstruction of rural dwellings in Xi ’an section of Qinling Mountains were summarized,and suggestions were put forward for the transformation and development of rural dwellings in this area.
