Study On The Design Of B & B Transformation Of Rural Dwellings In Yuxian County

In recent years,the "living" " B & B " and "rural protection" has become a hot topic.Under the pattern of national integration of urban and rural areas,urban and rural resources sharing,the "5+2" mode of life has gradually entered people's life and people are accustomed to.On the one hand,due to the flow of rural labor force,the phenomenon of "hollow village" has appeared in the urban area.Many houses are empty and no one lives.This is undoubtedly a phenomenon of wasting rural resources.On the other hand,as a product of the last century,the traditional rural dwellings have some contradictions with many of the needs of the contemporary age.The rural houses need to be updated to adapt to the development of today's times.The rural dwellings are not used and the dwellings need to be updated to adapt to the modern life and production mode.These propel the renovation and renewal of the rural dwellings.Under the overall tourism pattern of Yuxian County,rural tourism has been developed and has had a certain impact on the rural dwellings in Yuxian County.Based on the concept of rural pension,trying to combine Yuxian County rural dwellings,residential protection and renewal of rural tourism together to finish " B & B " Transformation,to fully explore the humanistic value and the value of leisure tourism and the village rejuvenated.The " B & B " transformation of rural residents in Yuxian County,while retaining the cultural characteristics of rural residential buildings,the rural dwellings will be renewed and will promote the development of rural economy.In this paper,through data collection and field investigation of the village and tourists locate in Yuxian County warm-spring line both sides,summed up the analysis of Yuxian County rural residential construction type,plane form,space characteristics,decoration,analysis of the history and culture of Yuxian County rural residential architectural culture,summarizes the residential types,distribution characteristics and influence factors of residential.Under the background of the whole domain tourism pattern,the author analyzed the evolution of Yuxian County,the rural lifestyle and production mode as well as the evolution of residential houses for the effects of influence;evolution based on the combination of the master planning of Yuxian County rural tourism and tourists interview results,analysis the advantages and disadvantages of existing houses,clear in the transformation needs to inherit and transform the contents.According to the rural location of Yuxian County and the needs of residents and tourists,the principles and Strategies of the renovation and renewal of the residential transformation of the rural residents in Yuxian County are made clear.The author puts forward three strategies for implantation,connection and reconstruction,and puts forward specific design methods for renovation and renewal from aspects of practical space,transitional space,architectural style and rural scene creation.
