Optimization Method Research Of Express Package Transportation Network Designing

The pros and cons of the express package transportation service network will directly determine whether the transport needs can be met.Improving the networked operational standard of express package transportation service network is the only way for fast parcel shipping companies to realize cost reduction and efficiency increase.Therefore,this paper aims at minimizing the transport time cost under weighted cargo flow,and proposes an optimization model for the express package transportation service network planning and using exact and micro-evolutionary algorithms to reconstruct the Express Parcel Trunk Transportation Network.First of all,based on the development trend and development bottleneck of the express package transportation industry,the importance and necessity of research on this problem is analyzed.This paper put forward and introduce comprehensive consideration of network site selection issues.Then,this paper analyze the current status of the operation of the express package transportation network,points out the major problems in the existing network structure and operation model,and proposes an optimization method.Considering the constraints of site selection,coverage,and operational capabilities,establish an optimization model for rapid package trunk transport network planning with the objective of minimizing the weighted transport time cost.Next,this paper propose to use the ILOG CPLEX and the micro-evolution algorithm to solve the model and Design a micro-evolution algorithm and an example to solve the model to verify the feasibility of the model and algorithm.Finally,this paper select Posts Express Package Transportation Network Centers from Eastern China.Example Analysis of Optimization Model of Express Package Transportation Network shows ILOG CPLEX solve better while micro-evolution algorithm can solve large-scale problems.
