Drivers' Usage Intention And Influencing Factors Of Mobile Terminal Carload Application

In the logistics field,road freight plays a very important role.Road transportation bears more than 70%of domestic transportation.In China,trucks and goods can't be efficiently integrated and matched,and the vacancy rate of trucks is as high as 40%,which results in a relatively low operating efficiency of highway logistics.Mobile Terminal Carload Application has opened a new chapter of the freight industry with the help of the Internet and smart phones,its appearance and development significantly reduces the no-load ratio of trucks,which greatly improves the efficiency of road transport systems.And concerning about drivers' usage intentions of mobile terminal carload application is also becoming a new issue to be faced.This paper analyzes the usage intentions,usage attitudes of the drivers and the related task technology matching perception,ease of use perception,and security risk perception and other factors for the mobile terminal carload application and the interrelationships among these factors.On the basis of theory and literature research,a hypothesis model was established for the driver's usage intention and related factors for mobile terminal carload application.Through the actual investigation of truck drivers in logistics parks around Beijing and combining with the analysis of the structural equation model,we use real data to verify the "Task technology matching perception of mobile terminal carload application has a positive impact on driver's usage attitude","mobile vehicle "Security risk perception of mobile terminal carload application has a negative impact on driver's usage attitude" and other assumptions.According to this,this paper analyzes that the mobile terminal carload application company can choose two implementation paths to improve the driver's usage intentions:First,improve push salesman work to promote the owner of the application installation;Second,strengthen the protection of drivers'private information to enhance the sense of security.This article includes 8 figures,2 tables and 85 references.
