Since its inception,Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)has gained popularity due to its excellent characteristics and is used in various fields of social production.When the motor is braking,a lot of braking energy is generated,The regenerative utilization of braking energy can further improve the energy saving and emission reduction effect of PMSM system.Therefore,how to drive and control the PMSM motor accurately,the problem of regenerative braking energy is increasingly becoming a hot research topic.In this paper,Firstly,introduce the research status of permanent magnet synchronous motor control theory and the main control methods.Then the research status of the sensorless and the commonly used algorithms of sensorless control are introduced.The advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms are compared analysis.Then the motor drive and energy feedback system and the sliding mode observer are combined to form the control strategy of the position sensorless.Secondly,the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established.The theory and basic strategy of vector control are introduced.The position and current double closed-loop control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor is established,and the flow of system realization is introduced in detail.Thirdly,a PMSM overall driving scheme is constructed,It mainly consists of three parts: a bidirectional DC-DC converter module,a three-phase inverter module and a sliding mode observer module.And select DSP TMS320F2812 as the master chip,set up the PMSM drive digital control system.In the software aspect,the main program of the system,the interrupt program and the interrupt program of the sliding mode observer are designed respectively.Finally,on the platform of MATLAB/SIMULINK,a simulation model of SVPWM vector control and sliding mode controller is built to verify the feasibility of vector control and sensorless control.The experimental results show that the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)can operate normally when the PMSM drive system input stable voltage.When the motor is in the braking state,the motor can output a stable voltage and the part of the braking energy of the motor is recovered,to a certain extent,achieved the purpose of energy conservation.
