With the continuous improvement of road network construction,people's travel is no longer limited to the destination.People are becoming more sensitive to travel time.Travelers not only require shorter travel time,but also pay more and more attention to the stability of travel time in order to ensure reliable travel.The reliability of travel time in urban road network reflects the possibility that the traveler can complete the trip within the prescribed time,which has attracted the attention of experts and scholars at home and abroad,traffic managers and so on,and has become the research hotspot of road network reliability.Based on the existing research on the reliability of route travel time of urban road network and considering the influence of intersections on the whole route travel time in urban road network,the limit range of road sections and intersections is given again.First of all,the impedance function of road sections is supplemented by the classification of traffic operation status.Based on the Webster delay model,the steering travel time of the special phase intersections and the multi-direction parking intersections are expressed quantitatively,and an improved quantization model of the permitted phase left turn travel time is proposed.An improved quantization model of the allowable phase left-turn stroke time is proposed.Secondly,the traffic flow of the secondary traffic is controlled first by the right turn flow which is not controlled by the signal and by the priority control of the main road.Based on the theory of unsignalized intersection gap,the corresponding quantization model of each turn travel time is established,and the travel time quantization model is constructed.Considering the fluctuation characteristics of travel time of road sections and intersections caused by random fluctuation of road network traffic state,the variation characteristics of travel time fluctuations are quantified by means of mean and variance.It lays a foundation for constructing a reliable model of travel path travel time.Then,this research breaks through the traditional thought that the reliability of path travel time is quantified as a probability index,and introduces the concept of confidence degree,and gives the definition of path travel time reliability as follows: under certain confidence level,The time interval that a traveler may take to complete the entire journey.The time value is used to express the reliability of path travel time and to give the travelers more intuitionistic travel guidance information.Based on the theory of series,the reliability model of path travel time considering the characteristics of node steering is established.Finally,by analyzing the path selection behavior of travelers with different risk preferences,based on Dijkstra algorithm,the optimal path of travel time reliability considering travelers' risk preference is searched.Finally,a simple example is used to analyze the practicability of the model.
