The problem of high number of quality accidents in China’s construction industry are closely related to the current situation of extensive quality management of construction projects.In this background,how to use BIM and other technical methods to improve the level of construction quality management from the perspective of information in order to meet the demand of intensive development of construction quality management has become a new research direction in the field of construction quality management.Therefore,this study begins with the integration of quality management theory and information management theory.Then,it analyzed information activities and information resources and built quality chain model of construction quality management,and then selected suitable chain nodes.Based on this,this dissertation studies the method of quality management information integration by means of information systems,such as BIM,in order to promote innovation of construction quality management technology and improve management efficiency.Firstly,this paper analyzed the information activities and resources.On basis of analysis information characteristics of construction quality management,this study,guided by construction site documentation information and other information,classified construction quality management information into three categories: top-down guidance information,bottom-up response information and information management data,using the grounded theory.Based on this information system and framework,this thesis drew a information flow model among the functional modules of construction quality management to provide theoretical basis for future research.Secondly,this thesis built a quality chain model of construction quality management and selected quality chain nodes.Based on the analysis results of construction quality management information,the quality chain model of construction quality management was established.Guided by value engineering,this paper,with the help of using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation and Degree of Chain Coupling,selected quality chain nodes from two levels of construction quality management level and information synergy degree by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and degree of information chain coupling,in order to achieve the lowest technology inputs and to maximize the effect of functional optimization.It provides research objects for BIM-based construction quality management information integration method optimization researchThirdly,this study investigates information integration method of construction quality management based on BIM.Based on the analysis of information resources and activities of construction quality management,the process of construction quality management of selected quality chain nodes was analyzed.Then,this paper researched the realization path of the functions of directional storage,data recording and information exchange of construction quality management information,and showed the key codes in order to improve the level of construction quality management by optimizing information management.Finally,taking Project A as an example,the thesis performs an empirical study on construction quality management through construction quality management information integration based on BIM.This thesis discusses the organization structure and responsibility division of construction quality management,formation the platform type of quality management system,and improvement of the controllability of construction quality management information,and quality management level,and verifies the feasibility of applying BIM-based construction quality management information integration to construction quality management.Based on the research of the integration of quality management theory and information management theory,this thesis designs the application method of BIM technology in information integration of construction quality management.The research results have certain theoretical contributions to enrich the research in related fields,and also have certain reference significance to guide the research and practical application of BIM and other emerging technologies to improve the level of construction quality management.
