The operation stability of the vehicle is a long-term research topic in the field of automobile safety.With the gradually electronic and intelligent of the automobile chassis system,the vehicle operation stability of the automobile Electronic Stability Control(ESC)system has become the one of hot research topics in the field.The research on ESC system in China is late,especially the research of ESC system of heavy vehicles which is still in the theoretical analysis stage,and there is no relatively mature test method standard for the ESC system of heavy vehicles.For the research of automotive electronic stability control system,and improve our light vehicle ESC system test and evaluation methods,the study can guide our country to study and put forward the test of heave vehicles ESC system test procedures to enhance the level of domestic automobile products and promote the development of automobile industry,which are of great significance.First of all,the study analyzes and studies the current global mainstream ESC system structure,principles and control methods.It is found that there are some differences in the design and matching of the control principle,method and working parameters of the automobile electronic stability control system between the different country and the different ESC system manufacturers and the automobile enterprises,so the ESC system test and evaluation methods did not form a unified system.The ESC system test standards and regulations issued by the United States and the European Union represent the mainstream testing and evaluation methods of the current ESC system.In addition,according to the different operators,the commonly used ESC system tests are divided into robot test and driver operation test,and according to the different target vehicle,the commonly used ESC system tests are divided into light vehicle test and heavy vehicle test.Secondly,according to the analysis,research and summarization of the existing ESC system standards at home and abroad,and the research and comparison of the test evaluation methods involved in the ESC system test project,the study analyzes the current ESC system manufacturers and the automobile production enterprises of the ESC system loading matching requirements.As a result,the ESC system testing principle about the "open-loop" test,"closed-loop" test,is formed which is adapts Chinese vehicle of the requirements of the status quo and the actual use of the road.And the study puts forward the light vehicles and heavy vehicles ESC system test procedures.And the study research and put forward the current GB / T 30677-2014 standard amendments.Finally,through the ESC system test system that is studied,the study carries out the research on the llight vehicles and heavy vehicles ESC system test procedures for real vehicle verification analysis to ensure its correct effectiveness,and to better guide Chinese vehicle ESC system development and product loading match,which can enhance Chinese vehicle safety performance.
