| With the improvement of living standards,people are seeking higher and higher for health and health,to relax in hot spring resort is one of the main choices.In recent years,traffic volume has increased in Tong Jing scenic area,with which the infrastructure must keep up,house and swimming pool,and so on are the most important.The foundation is the basis of the superstructure,only the strength,stiffness and stability,and bearing capacity of foundation meets the requirements,can the structures be solid and the safety of the people’s life and property be guaranteed.The design and construction of building structure is very important for the safety and stability of adjacent buildings.at the same time,whether the basic design and construction is reasonable is closely related to the total investment and construction period of the building structure.Especially when the topography and geomorphology and hydrological conditions are complex,to meet the requirements of economic and technological requirements,the first element is the rationality of form selection.the main researching contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Several types of foundation to be adopted for background engineering have been proposed with type of foundation and its scope of application and design theory being induced in this paper;(2)Choice of independent foundation and raft foundation were studied on construction efficiency,material consumption and comprehensive cost to get reasonable form;(3)The finite element modeling is applied to optimize raft foundation,influence of soil nonlinearity on foundation mechanical behavior was researched on comparative analysis about rafting stress,ground counterforce and foundation settlement of raft of nonlinear foundation model and linear foundation model;at the same time,the influence rules of raft thickness,column distance,external load,soil compression layer thickness and concrete strength on raft foundation settlement are explored to obtain reasonable design parameters;(4)At the same time,in order to reduce the workload of raft foundation calculation,the raft foundation is simplified as an independent basis,and the simplified calculation method of settlement of raft foundation is studied in this paper.Based on the method of function fitting,the simplified calculation conditions of settlement of raft foundation are found out,that is,the settlement of raft foundation can be asked.The problem is simplified into an independent foundation settlement,and the relationship between column spacing and external load is calculated.(5)The basic layout of independent foundation and reasonable column size was studied to obtain reasonable design parameters,the reasonable design scheme was applied to the support project,moreover,as the basic working conditions are very complex and uncertain factors,structural measures to improve the bearing capacity and deformation performance of the independent foundation under the column by adding waterproof plates was put forward.The research and work contents in this paper can be used for reference and reference in similar projects,which has a certain theoretical and practical significance. |
