Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge has the advantages of high rigidity,low construction cost,esthetical design,and low maintenance cost in the later period.It is widely used in China,especially in mountain areas.The low degree of informationized management in traditional construction of this type of bridge lead to the inadequate progress control,incomplete construction,and insufficient coordination in construction,which have become a major limiting factor for its development.With the development of BIM(Building information model),the construction of concrete filled steel tube arch bridge benefits from a more scientific management mode;The invention of 3D laser scanning technology provides the chance for concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge to realize the visual control.BIM and the innovation 3D laser scanning technology base on BIM.The application of BIM technology in bridge engineering is still in its infancy,and this paper studies the BIM visualization-based construction technology application of a concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge with the background of industrialization and informatization in our country.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Summarizing the technical features and development status of BIM and the major problems existing in the traditional bridge construction process,the visualization technology and BIM technology are applied to bridge construction,and a visual construction technology based on BIM is proposed..(2)Combing the theoretical basis based on BIM visualization technology,analyzing the core technology of visualized construction,and explaining the characteristics of the bridge project,combining with the characteristics of BIM visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization,and information output,built a bridge construction BIM Application Framework.(3)By comparison Autodesk Revit is selected as core modeling software from BIM commercial software platform used in bridge engineering for the research in the market.Based on the BIM core model establishment process,a concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge under construction as a case,for example,the site topography is created with Civil3 D and the concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge is created with BIM,eventually forming an equal size BIM model.The BIM model is imported to Autodesk Navisworks,and construction participants can control the whole process of construction in the virtual environment with TimeLiner,Animator and the Scripter module 4D construction simulation and animation simulation.(4)By the analysis of three-dimensional laser scanning technology,this technology is applied to the arch circle linear acquisition to realize the close connection between the three-dimensional model of the real bridge and the BIM model,and the concept of visualization linearity is proposed.Point clouds processing software Geomagic Control curved surface fitting technology is applied to realize the main arch ring appearance reconstruction,and the precision meets the requirement.Visual line is applied to the main arch ring linear temperature influence factors analysis,and the formation of three dimension chromatogram shows intuitively that the main arch ring each position displacement is affected by temperature.Finite element analysis software Midas/Civil is used to analyze the displacement of the bridge main arch ring when affected by temperature changes,and extracting the corresponding section location data compared with the value,shows that the simulation analysis results obtained with the results of 3D scanning phenomenon is consistent,so the reliability of the application of visual line to the concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge construction control is verified.
