Research On The Planning And Design Of Hangzhou Jiuqiao Innovation Space

The driving force of China’ s economic growth today is driven by innovation.Under this background,this article takes Hangzhou Jiuqiao International Digital Trade City as an example,try to summarize the demand-oriented innovation space practice path and provide some targeted design references for the development of many innovative urban spaces.The text first gives a comprehensive introduction to the background,significance,research content,objectives,related theories,methods and frameworks.Based on the actual case,we analyze the development and evolution of the innovation space in detail,and propose the four dimensions of innovation demand orientation:city,industry,enterprise,and people.The key part of the article is the innovation space system customization.With the project as the entry point,the four dimensions are carried out from shallow to deep.Urban dimension,advocating the concept of space development for Innovation back to the city,rationally controlling capacity,build a complete service supporting facilities,and create an urbanized innovation park.Industry dimension,following the industry’ s development pattern from initial development to growth-mature,we will build a full-cycle innovative ecological service chain and shared service platform to form an innovative ecological chain with efficient links and cluster sharing.Business dimension,demand preferences for large,medium and small innovative companies,customized neighborhoods-plots-single multi-level flexible space.Human dimension,divide the two groups of innovative workers and ordinary residents,focus on the innovation of human needs,increase the density and concentration of communication,and create a space-free space for work and entertainment.In the process of exchange practice in the later stage of the project,valuable opinions from experts and the government were obtained,and the urban innovation space design framework was further adjusted and improved.Introduce the operational mechanism of urban design guidelines,strengthen its readability and target predictability by means of illustration and integrate into control detailed planning to improve the quality of urban design,strengthen the overall planning of urban areas,and enhance the city’s taste and characteristics.
