Research On Crowd Innovation Space Based On The Reconstruction Of Old Buildings

With the rapid development of big data,the Internet of things and cloud computing,the 2.0 era of collaborative innovation has arrived under the promotion of new information technology,and "mass innovation space" is an exploration of new entrepreneurial modes in the 2.0 era.With the comprehensive launch of "made in China2025",China’s mass innovation space has been in full swing.However,due to the lack of clear positioning of entrepreneurs’ needs and lack of construction funds,many mass innovation Spaces are just a flash in the pan.In order to solve the above problems,based on the analysis and study of the mature crowd maker space abroad and the field investigation of the domestic crowd maker space,the paper proposes to transform the old building into the crowd maker space.Under the continuous reconstruction and transformation of economic structure,it is common to see all kinds of old buildings that are eliminated by the society.These old buildings no longer meet the changing functional needs,but their existence is the inheritance of urban culture.By integrating "mass innovation space" into the old building renewal plan,it can effectively integrate resources,save energy and reduce capital investment,integrate and implement policies,and the original space will give birth to new characteristics,enrich the spiritual connotation of architecture,enhance people’s cultural identity,and promote the development of cultural industry.The effective sorting and digesting of old buildings is to create the engine of economic development under the new normal,and to implement the concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and Shared development.From the perspective of environmental art design,this project conducted a questionnaire survey on the users of mass innovation space,understood the psychological and behavioral states of entrepreneurs,clarified the status quo and design need of mass innovation space,and analyzed the suitability and design principles oftransforming old buildings into mass innovation space.Combining theory with practice,this paper discusses relevant transformation cases,and analyzes design strategies from the perspectives of construction types,structure,strength and method of transformation intervention,functional replacement and spatial arrangement.It is a problem worth exploring that we should give new life to the building and design a humanized space mode that meets the needs of modern office through the scientific transformation of the old and the new.The purpose of this paper is to provide a scientific and reasonable theoretical reference for the future design of domestic maker space.
