With development of the national economy and science technology,there is a great demand for power.Harmonic and reactive power is the most important and fundamental problem in many factors that impact the power quality.Because the extensive application in the public grid,the power electronic devices have become the most important source of harmonics.A reactive current and harmonic combined scheme,which is also a comprehensive compensation,is described in this paper for substations in three-phase power system.First,in the harmonic suppression,initiating hybrid active power filter(HAPF),which combines APF with PF to decrease the capacity of converter for reducing the cost of APF,is presented by some researchers.HAPF overcomes the shortages of PF and APF,and will be popular in future.During the design period of the active filter,this paper carry on using widely in tri-phase system,the method was used on the account of instantaneous reaetive power theory,Control circuit used in the triangular wave control;Secondly,adopting TCR reactive power compensation,which both inductive reactive power absorption can absorb capacitive reactive power.Finally,by the TCR and HAPF access distribution system,a comprehensive compensation was put on the grid.MATLAB / SIMULINK software were used widly,the government has already established a single-phase TCR,three-phase TCR,passive filter,active power filter simulation model and its simulation waveform analysis.The integrated module by means of the analysis of the waveform,is connected to the distribution network will be compensated,verified the correctness and effectiveness of the compensation scheme.The correctness of the compensation scheme is verified by using the two contrast methods of input compensation equipment and non compensation equipment to record the changes of the parameters.
