In recent years,with the rapid and steady development of China's economy and the rapid advancement of rural urbanization,the popularity of tap water and urban heating systems has rapidly increased.The urban water supply pipeline system will inevitably face numerous problems.The pipeline is in disrepair for a long time,the pipe inner wall wears out and the pipeline is seriously corroded,the length of the pipeline is long,and other reasons lead to frequent occurrence of pipeline leakage accidents.This article takes the heat supply pipeline leakage detection as the research background,and focuses on the in-depth research and analysis of the heat supply pipeline leak detection technology and the heat pipeline leakage location technology.Because of its uncertainty and time lag,the research object of this study has caused difficulties in the research of the project.The research content is also the focus and difficulty of the research in the field of diagnostics.It can be regarded as a research target across multiple disciplines.Which applies to many disciplines and related technologies,such as sensors,signal processing,thermodynamics.Therefore,this topic focuses on analyzing the characteristics of the leakage signal,noise characteristics and other related positioning principles.The acquisition and signal acquisition methods,anti-noise interference filtering and wavelet analysis were deeply discussed.In order to compare and verify the accuracy of the cross-correlation algorithm,simulation experiments were performed using MATLAB analysis software.This paper establishes the simulation model of heating pipeline experiment system and designs a simple and feasible data acquisition software and hardware system.In terms of signal processing,an innovative method was proposed to use King View and MATLAB data analysis software for data acquisition,calculation,and human-machine interface interaction.Kingview implements the human-computer interaction interface,using MATLAB software to achieve the time-domain cross-correlation analysis of the signal through this method to determine the specific location of the leak,and we use dynamic data exchange technology(DDE for short)to achieve between MATLAB and Kingview software Data communication.It is not difficult to see from the implementation data that the system designed in this project has high accuracy and timeliness for the collection of leakage data of heating pipelines.The speed of data transmission between Kingview and MATLAB can basically meet the requirements of signal processing for leak detection and positioning.It also proves the accuracy and feasibility of the cross-correlation algorithm for positioning.
