Study On Sponge City Planning With Inheritance Of Water Culture:Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province

The inheritance of water culture is a necessary way to improve the cultural soft strength and enrich connotation of the culture in the city,and is also one of the main tasks for the construction of the sponge city system engineering.But at the same time,a lot of problems have also emerged.For instance,along with the rapid urbanization process,water cultural heritage appear a large number of erosion,water damage,and customs associated with water gradually fade away from the public view.Water culture is facing the crisis of inheritance's link-breaking and gradual disappearance,whether a theoretical system or a project practice in the sponge city construction model,and rarely covere inheritance and protection of water culture.Therefore,in view of the difficulties faced by the water cultural inheritance,it is necessary to explore the new ideas and new methods for the protection and inheritance of water culture in the construction of the sponge city,in order to provide a reference for the inheritance and development of the characteristic water culture in the construction of other cities in the future.Based on the current problems,the following research is done.First of all,this paper selects Huzhou as the research object,and carries on a basic research on the urban water culture resources and the sponge city construction.Combing the water culture heritage,immaterial cultural heritage and other water culture resources in Huzhou,we analyze the water culture value of Huzhou and the difficulties faced by the current water culture inheritance.And then,the paper analyses the needs of the construction of the sponge City from the perspective of protection and inheritance of water culture and water safety,water environment,water ecology and water resources,and explores the coupling relationship between the water cultural inheritance and the construction of the sponge city.Secondly,we further explore the ways and methods of protecting and inheriting water culture in the special planning of sponge city in Huzhou.The key points of water culture control are put forward from the aspects of overall thinking,planning principles,overall goals,construction indicators and overall layout.Combining the construction zoning,it puts forward the guidance of water culture construction in the urban area,the central urban area and the area of Nanxun water culture and the construction of the sponge City from macro to micro,and inheriting the water culture through the spatial distribution of water culture,the construction of the water culture carrier community and the planning of the water culture construction project.And then taking Xishan Yang demonstration area as an example,the three goals of water culture protection and construction,water ecological protection and restoration,water environment governance are combined,and it put forward the concretestrategy of carrying out water culture inheritance and the technical measures of sponge city.Finally,based on the PSR framework,we put forward 14 primary selection indexes,and use the analytic hierarchy process to screen the three indexes of water cultural heritage protection,the perfection of water culture construction projects and cultural embodiment of water landscape,in order to make up the vacancy of water culture evaluation index in the performance assessment of sponge City.Finally,it summarizes the unique experience of water treatment in the fields of polder pattern,storage system and water treatment thought in Huzhou,and it also summarizes the enlightenment of Huzhou water treatment culture on the construction of sponge City.The overall strategy of water cultural inheritanc is summarized from the planning approach and design method,and the related contents of water culture in the special plan of the sponge City are supplemented,as well as the connecting points with the urban overall planning,regulatory planning and other special plans in the water culture protection and inheritance layer.The paper puts forward the general idea of the water culture in the construction of the sponge city in Huzhou.And the sponge city ecosystem of "water culture + water landscape" has been constructed.Based on the analysis of the problems faced by water cluture inheritance during the construction of the sponge city in Huzhou,the paper puts forward the general idea,the planning target,the construction guidance,the protection,the utilization and the planning strategy.The research results will provide reference for promoting the construction of sponge city in plain areas of rivers and lakes.At the same time,the planning approach,design methods and related strategies of the water culture inheritance,which are of great value,can guide the construction of the Man-Water harmonization,and provide new ideas and reference for the protection and inheritance of the regional water culture.
