Jixi Historical And Cultural City Protection And Utilization Countermeasures Research

By 1982,the first batch of National historical and cultural cities were announced.Since then,the protection work of China's historical and cultural cities has basically established a set of perfect laws and regulations system,protection theory system and corresponding technical standards,and has gradually integrated with the international heritage protection.This paper takes Jixi's historical and cultural heritage as the research object,takes the historical and cultural value as the guide,and takes the overall protection as the benchmark,and tries to deal with the relationship between the protection of historical and cultural heritage and the social and economic development of the city.The measures of overall protection and activation utilization are put forward.First of all,through the relevant domestic and foreign historical and cultural cities protection and use of basic theory,laws and regulations to study,as the Jixi county historical and cultural city protection and use of planning strategy theoretical basis.Secondly,this paper studies the conservation and utilization practices of historical and cultural cities as the empirical basis of the protection and utilization planning strategy.Combining with the current situation of the protection and utilization of historical and cultural cities in Jixi County,we set up a theoretical framework from the perspective of basic research,strategic research,empirical research,conclusions,and shortcomings.We should consider the problems in the implementation of the protection and use of historical and cultural cities in Jixi County,including the goal of protection and utilization,the overall protection and planning policy,the planning strategy of activation and utilization,the proposal of protection and utilization integration,and the proposed measures for management and implementation.We also put forward a scientifically sound and operational planning strategy and,without damaging the space environment and historical features of the site,try to integrate historical and cultural resources with modern ways of life and industry by means of innovative and modern technology.Economic and industrial development and sustainable protection of community life to achieve a win-win situation of protection and utilization.
