It's a major change in the production mode of the construction industry that our country decided to develop to the fabricated building,which is conducive to saving energy,reducing pollution,improving labor productivity and improving the working environment.Besides,the fabricated building will be conducive to the deep integration of construction and manufacturing.A number of policies have been issued around the country,to clearly the goals of promote the development of the fabricated housing,and to explain the key tasks and safeguard measures on the fabricated housing.With the advantage of the policy released constantly,the development of fabricated buildings will have a significant improvement age.However,due to the development of prefabricated buildings is still in the initial stage in our country,no matter of the prefabricated component production or the assemble,there are a lot of problems still waiting to be solved for the fabricated housing projects.As everyone knows,prefabricated component supply of fabricated building is quite different from traditional building material supply.because of difference,prefabricated large volume,the production cycle is relatively long,how to set a suitable method to solve the problem of the prefabricated component supply of fabricated building supplier and assembly constructor,how to optimize the production of the prefabricated component,is still a difficult problem for constructors.In this context,the follow study is made in this paper:First of all,the paper through summarize standards and collects relevant literature about assembly building,so as to conclude the research status and development trend of fabricated housing.Then,according to the relevant specifications,summarize the processes of purchasing,supply,production and assembly construction of prefabricated housing,and analysis the characteristics of the processes.Through the investigation on the assembly of prefabricated housing construction projects actually,It is believed that the optimization of the prefabricated component production should strengthen the coordination and coordination of the assembly and construction parties,strengthen the management of the construction schedule,and make the production and construction of the prefabricated components continuously and balanced as much as possible.At the same time,it is considered that strengthening the management of prefabricated component lead time is beneficial to the optimization of production capacity.Then,through the analysis of the production plan mode of the prefabricated component in the assembly house project,it is believed that the combining JIT and OPT production plan method is more suitable for the production planning management of the assembly house.Based on the idea of JIT and OPT,a mathematical model for assembly construction plan is given.In addition,the assembly houses are mostly used in umbrella projects,rationally organize the construction,to make the prefabricated components balanced production and sustainable production.Therefore,based on the idea of balanced production,the installation sequencing model of precast components is established.In order to solve the problem low stocks or overstock of prefabricated components,to avoid blind production,the mathematical model of prefabricated component production lead time is calculated dynamically,so as to improve production efficiency and optimize the production of precast components.Finally,taking the actual assembly construction project as the background,this paper compiled the total schedule plan of the project based on the thought of combining JIT and OPT.According to the assembly schedule plan of precast components,the installation sequence model of prefabricated components is given.The production lead time model is used to calculate the lead time of precast components,to prove the validity of the model.This paper stands in the angle of the assembly house project,through the establishment of the related production optimization model,the prefabricated component assembly project can achieve the goal of continuous and balanced production,the prefabricated component production schedule will be set up reasonably as well,the production of prefabricated component will have been optimized,and the assembly construction efficiency of the assembly house will be improved.
