By 2015,the highway mileage in China had reached more than 1.235 million kilometers,and more than 90%of the medium cities have built the highway.When fully affirming the great achievements of the highway,the society also pays increasing attention to the condition and traffic efficiency of the highway.As the throat of the highway,the bridge plays a decisive role in the highway function.With the rapid increase of the highway bridge and traffic volume,the bridge diseases are gradually exposed,and it leads to the decline of its technical condition.Further,the bridge will be in the sub-health or dangerous condition,needing urgently maintenance.Therefore,it has become a focus topic for the bridge manager to scientifically determine the highway bridge periodic maintenance investment.In this paper,the maintenance time and investment of the highway bridge are the key research objects.Through the research,it aims to provide technical support for scientific and reasonable maintenance plan,ensuring the safe operation level and making the maintenance time and investment conform to the actual demand,which can effectively achieve the lean management of maintenance funds.The main contents in this paper are as follows:?The natural decay model of bridge technical condition based on the limited historical dataBased on the limited historical data of bridge technical condition,using the time-space transformation method to extend the data time series and fitting the regression curve of bridge technical condition by the regression analysis and prediction model——the negative exponential function,the natural decay model of bridge technical condition is built within the limited age range,which can predict the trend of the bridge condition.?The decay model of highway bridge technical condition based on periodic maintenanceBased on natural decay model and maintenance effect model,the decay model after maintenance is built.Based on the three models above,combining with bridge target technical condition,the conception of bridge maintenance period is proposed.Then the decay model of highway bridge technical condition based on periodic maintenance is built to obtain the bridge specific maintenance period.?The estimate index model for highway bridge periodic maintenance investmentAccording to the decay model of highway bridge technical condition based on periodic maintenance,the conception of periodic maintenance investment is defined.Then the corresponding relationship between bridge technical condition level and maintenance program(including maintenance measures and engineering quantity)is established to figure out the total maintenance cost during maintenance period.Finally,the estimate index model for highway bridge periodic maintenance investment is built.?Engineering application analysis of the estimate index model for highway bridge periodic maintenance investmentBased on Tianli Bridge(left span)located in Lishui section of Jinliwen Highway,by the decay model of technical condition based on periodic maintenance and the estimate index model for periodic maintenance investment,the specific maintenance period is determined and finally the average annual maintenance cost during the certain maintenance period is achieved,which realizes the application analysis of the paper research results.
