At present,opportunities and challenges coexist in the construction industry at the same time,how to enhance the competitive strength of construction enterprises,which has become the most important problem to be solved in the enterprise management at present.The competitive strength of construction enterprises is affected by many factors,such as technical strength,enterprise size,personnel reserve,etc.,among these factors,the profitability of the enterprise is the most important factor,and project cost management is the most direct and effective means to enhance the profitability of enterprises,therefore,project cost management has become one of the necessary project management methods for construction enterprises.This paper takes J gas station project as the research object,first of all,start with the research background and significance,and combined with the research status of project cost management at home and abroad,expounds the related theory of project cost management in construction industry.Secondly,it introduces the specific situation and characteristics of engineering company and J gas station project,the project cost management method of J gas station in engineering company is described in detail,which mainly includes cost forecast,cost plan,cost control,cost accounting four aspects.Thirdly,combined with the current situation of J gas station project cost management,we found the problems existing in the cost prediction,cost planning,cost control,cost accounting process problems of the J gas station project,this problem is mainly re flected in the lack of personnel capacity in project cost management,and in the proje ct cost management,the quota standard is out of touch with the actual situation,excessive Project cost Control in Project cost Management,four aspects of examination in Project cost Management are mere formality.Finally,according to the above problems,the paper proposes specific improvement measures.That is,by improving the quality of project cost participants,perfecting the quota standard in project cost management,taking into account the control and efficiency of project cost management,and perfect the assessment mechanism of project cost management,and it can be realized in four aspects.The purpose of this paper is to promote the further improvement of the project cost management idea of the project company through the above analysis and research,so that the project cost management method can play an appropriate role and which can further enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.
