Along with the rapid development of economy in our country and our country’ssocialist market economic system gradually perfect, in the gas industry departmentsof science and technology also have been greatly developed. Chaoyang port of Chinagas co., Ltd. is a large-scale joint venture enterprise, the company’s main businessincludes production, distribution of gas and fuel gas sales and selling the equipmentor service, etc., the company is currently Asia’s largest city gas supplier, by the end of2014, its net assets reached20billion, has68cities across the country set up therelated cooperation projects. All companies within the group enjoy sharing resources,experience sharing, etc. In the increasingly fierce competition in the market today, thefuel gas enterprise is facing all kinds of competition, wants to point at a competitiveadvantage, it must be strong gas project in terms of cost management, through costsavings, create greater benefits.In the course of the study, combined with the researchbackground and status ofthe selected topic, the main significance of the topics of analysis, in the course of thestudy, through literature, data accessing and so on, Hong Kong and China groupexisting in project costmanagement problems and the achievements. In addition,through quantitative analysis of related objects, makes the analysis results moreaccurate, but also more clearly on the relationships between objects are clear, moreaccurate project cost budget. Aiming at the security problems and the gas pipelineproject construction processwere put forward, and in the process of research, todevelop effective solutions for this problem, improve the overall quality of gasengineering, in this way.
