Along with the development of market economy,the engineering general contracting projects,equipment and material procurement cost accounts for more than 60% of the total price of the project,the purchasing management has become an important part of the project management,D Water Company currently planned project about 120 a year,a year to complete the construction of more than 70 engineering projects,project amount is about 100 million yuan,including plans to purchase amount is about 60 million yuan,therefore improve the recognition of the importance of material purchasing management,enhance the working efficiency of the procurement,reduce procurement costs,in the process of the smooth implementation of the project and the project profitability growth has important implications.The research object of this article is in daqing oil field water company supplies purchasing management of the project,the paper in the selected topic background,significance and project material purchasing management research status at home and abroad,on the basis of the engineering project material purchasing paper expounds related concepts and theories,the definition of the main procurement,procurement management and project procurement management,characteristics and the process of project procurement management mode,etc.Followed by D Water Company project procurement management status analysis and found the existing problems,mainly including project material purchasing process,project procurement management mode,project material purchasing cost and project material purchasing quality present situation analysis,in the process of present condition analysis,through to the water company specific project site investigation,as well as to the company project material purchasing department questionnaires,collect related business personnel to the company purchasing process of satisfaction and the satisfaction of quality data,discover problems,Based on this,advances in D Water Company project material purchasing management of the optimization goal,optimization principle and optimization strategy,think that by reducing the ERP system approval process node,change the way of purchasing division of labor,instead of retail purchases in bulk purchasing way to reduce costs,improve the quality of engineering project procurement personnel consciousness,can effectively improve D Water Company project material purchasing management level.
