With the rapid development of the national economy,the ability to innovate has become a new competitive trend between countries,and it has become the key to boosting national economic growth.Scientific and technological innovation has subverted the industrial structure of traditional industries and realized the transformation and upgrading of the industry.Since China's economy has entered a new normal,the development of traditional industries can no longer meet the ever-changing market demand.The growth model of China's economy will be weakened by relying on resource consumption.The emerging technology industries such as information and intelligence will play a driving role in promoting economic development.In the wave of global economic integration,high-tech enterprises have become the national key support targets,giving policy support in taxation and other aspects,encouraging high-tech enterprises to develop steadily.In recent years,China's high-tech enterprises have made great progress in technology,products,innovation,etc.,and have formed a certain scale,stable development,and strong strength,and played an important role in the development of the national economy.High-tech enterprises have great advantages in terms of capital,technology and talents.However,in the highly competitive market environment,there are still many problems that have not been solved,especially in the procurement of raw materials,facing various problems,for example,Insufficient rapid response capability,high procurement costs,and complex supplier management have all become obstacles to the rapid development of high-tech enterprises.For high-tech enterprises to develop rapidly and steadily,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis of these issues,propose feasible solutions,and improve core competitiveness.Purchasing is a key component of the supply chain and plays a decisive role.For high-tech enterprises,it is very important to do well in purchasing management.However,the lag in the traditional sense of procurement management has been unable to meet the rapid development of high-tech enterprises.Therefore,the optimization and upgrading of procurement management is extremely urgent.As the functional department of the enterprise,procurement plays a role in linking up and down.It is the link connecting suppliers and enterprises.Under the conditions of meeting the supply and demand of enterprises,it also needs to achieve the goal of the lowest total procurement cost.The optimization of procurement management by enterprises can reduce purchase prices,ensure product quality,and improve service levels.With the introduction of lean procurement ideas,enterprises began to strengthen the emphasis on procurement management,laying the foundation for the optimization research of enterprise procurement management.This paper selects high-tech enterprise M company as an example,based on the theory of procurement management,grey demand forecasting,supplier management,etc.,researches and analyzes the current situation of raw material procurement management of the company,and has a single organizational structure for raw material procurement,unreasonable classification of raw materials,and procurement cost.Some high-level solutions such as high rankings and imperfect supplier evaluation systems have been proposed,such as adjusting the organizational structure of procurement,integrating company resources,promoting exchanges and cooperation between various departments,and improving the efficiency of company procurement;combining ABC classification and Kraljic classification Reclassify the company's raw materials,differentiate the raw materials,ensure the company's production operations;optimize the procurement process,implement the straight-line docking from the demand side to the purchaser,and optimize the intermediate monitoring;through the gray prediction model,The future demand trend of strategic materials is predicted to improve the company's demand forecast level.In the supplier selection evaluation system,the analytic hierarchy process is used to compare and analyze the weights of each factor and select the best supplier.Finally,the effectiveness of the program is evaluated,and the effectiveness of the solution is verified by comparing the original plan with the implementation of the optimization plan.Through the research and analysis of M company,combined with my practical experience,this paper puts forward some optimization schemes,and hopes to provide reference and reference for the procurement management of similar enterprises.
