The construction engineering industry is the pillar industry of China,and its development level is closely related to our economy.At the present stage,the procurement mode of materials in the construction industry mostly adopts centralized procurement,and the scope of procurement is expanded from the main materials to all materials used in engineering construction,such as auxiliary materials.The advantage of centralized procurement brings a lot of convenience to enterprise management,saves procurement cost and improves economic efficiency.But in recent years,centralized procurement of auxiliary materials in construction projects has faced many problems.Because of the wide variety of auxiliary materials,there is no unified information price,the budget quantity is not easy to determine,and the centralized procurement process faces various risks.It affects the efficiency of centralized procurement of auxiliary materials in construction projects and has a certain restrictive effect on the intensive development of the construction industry.Adopting appropriate methods to manage risks is the best way to reduce risks and improve efficiency.Therefore it is necessary to study the risk management of centralized procurement of auxiliary materials.In this paper,the risk management of centralized procurement of auxiliary materials in construction projects is studied from the internal management of building construction enterprises.Combining advanced risk management theories,it uses literature research method and expert survey method to identify risk factors in centralized procurement of auxiliary materials,and classifies risk factors into five categories according to the procurement process.Including procurement planning risk,supplier selection risk,procurement contract risk,access risk,and payment settlement risk,and construct a risk evaluation system with 17 risk factors at five levels.A risk evaluation model is established using Structural Equation Model,and the model is validated by empirical studies.According to the results obtained from the model fitting,the magnitude of each influencing factor of the procurement process is judged.From the results,it can be seen that the access risk and supplier selection risk have the greatest impact on the centralized procurement of auxiliary materials for construction projects and need to be focused on.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed for various types of risks of centralized procurement of auxiliary materials for construction projects to reduce the probability of risks,control the procurement cost of construction enterprises,improve the quality of procurement,ensure the progress of engineering construction,and promote the enterprises to strengthen fine management and improve quality and efficiency.
