Emulsified asphalt has a wide application range,convenient construction,low raw material availability,high production efficiency,shorten the construction period,and many other advantages,but generally emulsified asphalt still has low bond strength,shear strength is poor,less than shortcomings,such as stability,thus restricting its application in high grade road function layer.This article will water-based epoxy resin emulsion and composite modification of emulsified asphalt emulsion was prepared by mixing materials,maintain the good performance of emulsified asphalt,but also has the high cohesive force of waterborne epoxy resin,better water stability performance,etc.Through debugging of waterborne epoxy resin type and blending quantity to find the most appropriate ratio of application of the waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt pavement function layer,in order to meet the high grade highway in our country and even overloaded channelized traffic application requirements.In this paper,first of all,from the five kinds of waterborne epoxy resin by curing film,compatibility,composite piece of tensile strength testing methods selected as A kind of waterborne epoxy resin emulsion asphalt modifier,and puts forward the improved waterborne epoxy resin curing strength testing method of drawing strength test,and the tensile strength influencing factors and the whole cycle curing strength growth regularity was studied,the results show that RT bisphenol A type epoxy resin and polyamide curing agent according to the quality than the ratio of 5:1,uniform film-forming condition,adhesive tensile strength reached 0.89 MPa in the end.The mixed preparation of waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt composite material,through the microstructure observation,explores the water-borne epoxy curing film test-the compatibility of cationic emulsified asphalt,and under the condition of different dosage of waterborne epoxy basic performance test,the results showed that the dosage of 50% aqueous epoxy under the softening point of emulsified asphalt from 57? to73?,30%~ 40% under the dosage of waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt storage time between 25~45 minutes.The film forming stability of the blend emulsion is good,no obvious granule precipitation.By testing the mechanical properties of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt with different content,the results show that the bonding strength of waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt with 40% content is the highest.When the curing strength is formed,the material is immersed in water and shows strong bond strength recovery ability.Under the condition of wet substrate application,the tensile strength of the composite parts after the waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt paving asphalt concrete cannot meet the standard requirements,which should be avoided in the construction application.By paving waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt bridge deck waterproof bonding layer,the present construction technology was improved and summarized.Using fluorescence microscope to observe the microscopic structure of the waterborne epoxy-emulsified asphalt and combining blend curing theory analysis,the results showed that described in this article the water-based epoxy-emulsified asphalt for two phase system,asphalt as the continuous phase,epoxy as the dispersed phase,after curing,in contrast to the epoxy asphalt;45?,60? temperature condition for waterborne epoxy emulsion asphalt is to accelerate the volatilization of water,the influence of faster finish curing reaction;Water-based epoxy resin can form an ideal intersecting mesh structure within 40%-50% range.
