The existing hot asphalt pavement technology is the main pavement technology of asphalt pavement construction at home and abroad.However,conventional hot mix asphalt pavement has the disadvantages of high energy consumption and high emission,the development of new asphalt pavement material has important significance.Emulsified asphalt and its mixtures are an important pavement material that has been used in many ways,such as micro-surfacing,slurry seal sticky layer and permeable layer.At present,the commonly used road with cold material paving after the formation of pavement with low strength,poor flexibility,lack of durability and other shortcomings,it is vulnerable to heavy vehicle damage,the use of the scope has been limited.In this paper,waterborne epoxy resin H was used as raw material and the performance of waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt was studied.The performance of waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt mixture was evaluated.The construction technology of waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt concrete was explored by outdoor application test.Specifically carried out the following aspects of the study:1.Based on the curing mechanism of epoxy material and the mechanism of emulsion breaking of emulsified asphalt,the waterborne epoxy resin H was used as the modifier of emulsified asphalt by comparing the compatibility and tensile strength of the three kinds of waterborne epoxy and emulsified asphalt.In this paper,the waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt was prepared and its performance was evaluated.It was found that the penetration degree,ductility and softening point could not be applied to the performance evaluation of waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt.In this paper,the influence of water and temperature on the curing reaction of waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt was explored.It was found that water could inhibit the curing reaction of waterborne epoxy,while the temperature was opposite,which could promote the curing of waterborne epoxy.Outside the water and the temperature can be a good adjustment of the construction of the operating time.2.Aiming at the characteristics of waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt mixture,the forming method of emulsified asphalt mixture modified by waterborne epoxy resin was improved,and a suitable indoor regimen method was put forward.The performance evaluation of waterborne epoxy modified emulsified asphalt mixture was evaluated by mechanical properties,water stability,low temperature performance and high temperature performance,by the Marshall stability test,immersion Marshall test,freeze-thaw splitting test,rutting test and low temperature bending test.During the test,it was found that the low temperature performance of the 30%epoxy ratio asphalt mixture could meet the road requirements,but the low water performance of the high waterborne epoxy ratio was poor.3.Adjust the mixture porosity and asphalt ratio were carried out four outdoor application test,through outdoor application test simulation of large construction site construction site.The comparison of the four outdoor applications was carried out,and the actual feasible mix ratio and ratio were selected.According to the problems encountered in the construction,the construction technology and construction machinery requirements of waterborne epoxy modified asphalt mixture were put forward,which provided the basis for practical application.
