In this thesis,the transmission mode,meshing theory,pressure angle and new modeling method of the mechanism are studied,and its virtual model machine and printing model machine are analyzed in order to look for a high efficient and accurate modeling method and verify the form and characteristic of mechanism transmission by the way of theoretical research,analysing and verifiying model machine.The research supplements and perfects the theoretical knowledge of mechanism transmission meshing,provides new ideas for the establishment of the mechanism model,and also pave the way for further research.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)Analyse the structure composition and two different transmission forms with kinematic sketch of the globoidal cam planetary mechanism.The calculation formula of the transmission ratio under different motion forms and the correct meshing conditions and assembly conditions among the components are obtained.By establishing the spatial coordinate system,the meshing equation and contact line equation of the planetary gear and the inner globoidal cam,and the contact equation between the planetary gear and the outer globoidal cam are derived,and the equation of the tooth surface between the inner and outer cambered surfaces,so as to prepare for the subsequent formula deduction and modeling.(2)As a supplement to the meshing theory of the globoidal cam planetary mechanism for spherical gear,with globoidal cam pressure angle calculation method,respectively for globoidal cam as the output member,the planetary gear and the meshing of the inside and outside the cam pressure angle,and planetary gear as the power output component,the planetary wheel and the inside and outside when the meshing globoidal cam pressure angle formula is derived in this paper,to determine the effect of the pressure angle,using the orthogonal test method to analyze the influence of pressure angle relative factors on the pressure angle of the size of the three pressure angle values were obtained with contrast,summed up the same factors for the influence of the pressure angle.(3)To explore the three-dimensional modeling method for globoidal cam planetary mechanism with complex space curve,in Creo,were established the model of globoidal cam planetary mechanism adopts the simulation method and simulation of machining path trajectory method,and assembly simulation and interference check,obviously can see there is a big error simulation processing the model simulated moving trajectory model without interference.Based on that,the correctness of the modeling method under multi planetary gear combination scheme is verified by simulated trajectory method,and applied to the establishment of a new squirrel cage mechanism.(4)the components obtained by simulation the model established in Creo virtual prototype,simulation and component velocity measurement kinematics were two movement form,through the Ansys Workbench analysis of 6 teeth and3 different meshing points,each member should force distribution situation.The3 D printing technology is used to print and reassemble the parts to get the solid prototype.Through the analysis and study of the virtual prototype and the solid prototype,the correctness of the transmission meshing theory and the 3D modeling method is verified.Based on the transmission meshing analysis,the thesis mainly solved the pressure angle and the change specifications of the mechanism under the two transmission forms,combined the two kinds of transmission specifications to complete the precise modeling of the mechanism by using the simulated motion method,and realized two kinds of transmission demonstration and analysis through the virtual prototype and the solid prototype.The theoretical conclusions and the prototype will help the further research of the mechanism.
