Research On Protection And Utilization Of Traditional Villages In Taihe Town,Zibo City

In the gene pool of the Chinese culture,traditional villages include not only the material culture such as site selection pattern,overall style and architectural details,but also the nonmaterial culture such as art,construction skills,literature,drama,singing and dancing,folk customs and so on.However,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,the traditional village style has been greatly damaged,and its development is faced with many problems and challenges.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is a major decision arrangement made by the party.It is a major historical task to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects and build a socialist modern country in an all-round way.The protection and utilization of traditional villages should be paid more attention and research as an important part of rural revitalization.This paper firstly expounds the research background of the topic and makes clear the significance of this research,as well as the object and content.And the related basic concepts,the method,the framework of research are clarified.Secondly,this paper reviews the related research trends at home and abroad,and explains the relevant basic theory of the research.The subject study firstly introduces the basic situation of the Taihe Town,summarizes the characteristics of traditional villages in Taihe Town: “the site is surrounded by mountains and rivers”,“the street pattern is conformed to the topography”,“the type of buildings are wide varieties”,“the construction art is simple but wisdom”,“the historical environmental elements are distinctive”,“the traditional culture rooted in Taihe Town”.These characteristics are summarized based on a large number of preliminary investigation and data collation.Secondly,this paper summarizes the value of traditional villages in Taihe Town from history,science,art and society.The qualitative and quantitative evaluation of 23 traditional villages was conducted and sorted according to The evaluation index system of traditional villages(trial)(2012)in order to facilitate the combination of quantitative and qualitative research.Then quantitative and qualitative analysis of the current situation of protection and utilization of traditional villages in taihe town through value evaluation.Summarizing the four aspects problems of protection and utilization: "disorder style of physical space","lack of traditional cultural vitality","insufficient development motivation","Lack of collaboration".Secondly,the author thinks deeply about the root cause of the problem of protection and utilization.The relationship between protection and utilization is finding a balance of the two to complement each other by scientific and reasonable measures and make traditional village material space and rooted in its traditional culture with the social and economic development of contradictory problems resolved.Establishing the traditional villages' goals: "Protection material space of traditional style,inheritance and continuation of traditional culture ","caused a wider range of social concerns,seek multiple participation","traditional villages' value transforms to benefit",“conducive to village development,improve the village energy".The principle of protection and utilization: "integrity,dynamic,multiplayer participation,protection based on utilization,sequential utilization,operation management model suitability".And then build a protection system based on the above judgment.Putting forward to combining with the value evaluation on the protection of the traditional village planning to divide the difference between different resources endowment.Good villages should be protected as the domain.At the same time,in order to make better use of the whole town,the village with lower resource endowment can make more space to use.Then build a specific system from seven aspects: "village environment,spatial pattern,the texture of streets.,traditional architecture,important space nodes,historical environment elements,regional traditional culture" based on the above judgment,and put forward specific measures.Finnaly analyze the three stakeholders' demands in traditional protection and utilization.And combine the traditional village space form evolution stage with the theory of operation management to discuss "the government's leading"," enterprise's leading'","enterprise + villagers leading" "all villager cooperatives leading" mode of operation management.And select Tuquan village for instance guidance.
