Research On The Protection And Utilization Of Traditional Villages In Southwestern Hunan

Traditional villages are the carrier of country’s agricultural civilization and our spiritual home.However,under the new urbanization developing the economic rapidly,the traditional villages in China are facing great challenges.Traditional village project at present,our country is working to protect planning,but its more focus on the village of traditional architecture,the natural ecology and the protection of non-material culture,few deeply involved in the villagers’ production and living conditions.In this paper,through on the spot investigation to analyze the traditional village problems of conservation and development,to explore traditional village protection and the use of the excellent traditional village resources development industry,improve the villagers living,production and living environment,"activation" traditional village,village "original intention".This paper briefly analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of three traditional villages with different resource conditions and protection conditions,and summarizes the problems existing in the protection and development of traditional villages.Experience the local traditional rural customs and life breath,listen to the villagers’ opinions,understand the villagers’ wishes,and be familiar with local production;Finally,the proposed idea is put into practice with actual project.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)At present,traditional village protection focuses on expanding the scale of traditional villages,ignoring historical and cultural cities and the protection and development of traditional villages with better resources.Limited resources such as capital,talent,market,one-sided development of the traditional village protection generalized concentrated excellent traditional villages,but also result in conditions of poor village "one-time lively".(2)The principle of traditional villages in the protection,building protection,non-material cultural protection and ecological environment protection have some in-depth study and practice,however,the protection of the traditional village has not been enough to go deep into the villagers’ production and living.In this paper,on the basis of the traditional village protection planning,put forward by dig and protect the traditional village resources,thus using traditional village unique resources developing characteristic industrial,scientific development village industrial economy.(3)According to the research of the theory and practice,in view of the traditional village protection elements and the industrialization of using method,has carried on the detailed specific discussion,what’s more,put forward a kind of traditional village industrialization use patterns: "with the first industry is given priority to,in the traditional handicraft industry is complementary,optimize the industrial structure in services",inherited the essence of the farming civilization and inheritance of the traditional village culture,innovation of village industrial structure.This pattern concise expounds village industrialization using traditional methods,the study on the analysis of the traditional village "the first industry,traditional handicraft industry" the two direction of applicable industry at the same time,focusing on the form of service industry suitable for different resource conditions village,the conditions are suitable for all kinds of resources of traditional village reference.(4)According to the field survey and literature analysis,made clear the role of arousing the initiative of the masses,and put forward reasonable coordination of the villagers,power and responsibility relations between government,business,rational knowledge of traditional villages,traditional villages characteristic economy sustainable development.Through research and analysis,this paper puts forward some traditional village conservation and the industrialization of the theory and method,however,China is a large country,and many villages,"the traditional village how to avoid the oneness,stereotyped?" "How do the villages with poor resources get out?" Still remains to be studied.
