The Study On Protection Of Traditional Village Based On Community Participation

Traditional villages are loaded with rich material culture and intangible cultural heritage, but its living situation is not optimistic.In recent years,traditional villages plan being full attention gradually,but China’s policies and regulations about traditional village plan only has developed for a short time,model of traditional village planning still in the exploratory stage.The government-led planning model often ignore the participation of community residents,It causes the situation that traditional villages plan could not be successfully implemented.This thesis use AZheKe In Yuanyang terrace core protected area as a case study,explore how to realize the living heritage protection of traditional village from the perspective of community participation.This thesis constructs the traditional village planning model of community participation,including participating objects,organization system,content,method and development model,which use the traditional village planning requirements as a guide,on the basis of the review of the theory of community participation and detailed cases study,and applied the model to actual cases empirical research.Through record the establishment and implementation of Azheke traditional village panning,Analysis achievements and drawbacks of model in practical application.Currently,community participation is subject to village development conditions,the residents’ will of development and external forces including local governments,planners and NGO organization. Finally,it presents policies and recommendations about participation platform construction,development of participation and policy regime.
