| In recent years,due to the large number of new energy sources and grid connection,the peaking intensity of thermal power units has been exacerbated.In the process of thermal power generating units participating in peak shaving,the frequent start-stop of the boiler unit causes the phenomenon of expansion and contraction of the boiler parts,shortens the service life of the unit equipment,and even causes abnormal expansion due to improper start-stop control,which is the operation of the boiler.,lays hidden dangers in safaty.Based on the relevant technical analysis,in view of the boiler work site environment and the characteristics of the expansion of the boiler,the boiler unit in the process of running stability,reliability requirements,design a set of boiler expansion monitoring system based on distributed device,has realized the automatic monitoring,automatic boiler data upload,automatic storage and human-computer interaction.Boiler expansion monitoring system consists of boiler expansion monitoring device,data acquisition device and upper computer interactive(1)Monitoring device.The existing expansion indicator was improved and a three-dimensional displacement mechanical structure equipped with an absolute encoder was designed.Taking STM32F103 as the core processor,equipped with uc/osii real-time operating system,read the encoder value regularly,filtered and combined with the parameter characteristics of the transmission to calculate the expansion data of the boiler.The device has data display,clock,data storage,data communication and other functions.(2)Data acquisition device.The acquisition device uses the Modbus protocol to interact with the DCS communication board LC board,and the data is imported into the DCS system through the LC board.A CAN bus is used for networking between the monitoring device and the data acquisition device,and the data acquisition device completes the acquisition of the expansion amount of each monitoring node.(3)PC software.Using the configuration software of OVATION system to develop man-machine interface,real-time data display,data alarm,history database query and other functions are completed.The boiler expansion simulation environment was set up.The monitoring system was tested from the aspects of monitoring function,communication function and human-computer interaction function.The stability and reliability of the monitoring system were verified,and the design requirements of the boiler expansion monitoring system were satisfied.Using the boiler expansion monitoring system designed in this paper,the power station operators can remotely monitor and record the expansion data of the boiler in real time,improve the degree of automation of the power station,and add a guarantee for the safe. |
