At present,the development prospects of nuclear power plants are good,and the application of IoT(Internet of Things)technology has also been stable and mature.The BAS test of nuclear power plants has been studied in terms of risk identification,risk assessment and risk control.However,there has been no new breakthrough in the monitoring and deduction of the test process and the intelligent research of the risk control process.The rehearsal or simulation of the test process of the BAS test has not been truly realized,and there is no scientific basis for the selection of multiple control plans screened for the risk problem.This article has been through extensive literature review,a large number of data collection and actual field research,based on a thorough understanding of the Internet of things technology,nuclear power plant BAS test simulation and deduction and risk control of the actual situation,based on PSCAD to build the nuclear power unit distribution system simulation Deduction model;using the Internet of things technology,collecting unit real-time data for power station power failure test process rehearsal and analysis,to achieve the state monitoring of the loss of off-site power and control power failure test results,through the analysis and processing of data to achieve online warning system and Fault diagnosis;Based on the empirical feedback data of each power plant unit,the risk control and experience feedback scheme decision methods are studied,and the detailed design and example analysis of the experimental risk control model based on interval intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are completed.Ultimately,it hopes to improve the efficiency and quality of the trials,reduce the risk of the power switching test process,and enhance the ability of various workers to respond to anomalies in the test process.This paper is based on the actual research background of a nuclear power plant’s BAS test,and a research and exploration of intelligent nuclear power plant BAS test system.According to the requirements of intelligentized and informatized nuclear power plants,modern management technologies and new generations of information technologies such as cloud computing,big data,internet of things,mobile internet,and artificial intelligence are combined to achieve system simulation and risk control and other functions.It is of theoretical and practical significance for the research and development of power plant switching test systems for nuclear power plants to improve the level of management and operation of nuclear power plant commissioning and testing stages,and to optimize the allocation of resources.It also provides reference for the application and research of IoT technology in nuclear power plant operation and reference.
