With the rapid development of the construction industry,the contracting of construction companies has continued to increase,and the means of construction project management have gradually increased.Especially in terms of quality,schedule management and construction technology,it has reached the world advanced level,but the issue of lower profitability is more prominent.How to strengthen Construction cost control and improvement of profit levels are important issues for construction companies.In particular,the current market is increasingly demanding for energy conservation and environmental protection,construction schedules are constantly being compressed,and prefabricated buildings are being widely used and brought new challenges to construction cost control.This article analyzes the cost management of the DX-07 plot H project in Beijing Daxing District,which includes traditional and prefabricated buildings,and has implications for other construction projects.This article first defines the basic concepts of cost control,and summarizes the common methods and measures of cost control,which lays a foundation for the cost control analysis of H projects.After that,introduce the profile and characteristics of H project,and sort out the cost components of the project.On this basis,a comprehensive analysis of the H project cost control situation from various aspects of the management system,technology,personnel,etc.,summed up the main issues and causes of the project cost control,mainly reflected in the project cost control system is not perfect,lack of effective Responsibility cost control system,high cost of prefabricated construction,difficulty in cost control of prefabricated components,and weak awareness of cost control for managers.Finally,this article proposes improvement measures for the cost control of the project from three aspects:management,technology,and personnel.Management should establish a cost control system,set target costs,and decomposition of responsibility indicators.Technical aspects include overall project deployment,assembly technology deployment,and From the perspective of application of information technology,suggestions were put forward.From the perspective of establishing cost management awareness,paying attention to the professional training of managers,and strengthening the skills training of construction personnel,suggestions were put forward on the feasibility of cost control.
