Study On Responsibility Cost Management Of Expressway Project

With the sustained and healthy development of the domestic economy,the demand for convenient transportation is also increasing.As an important part of the transportation industry,the expressway plays a more and more important role in the daily life of the people.In this context,the competition between the construction enterprises is constantly strengthening.In order to get more profits,large construction enterprises will find more stringent management methods to reduce the cost of construction projects.The management of responsibility cost is an excellent cost management method which has been developed in recent years.The responsibility cost management method takes into account both the characteristics of the cost of responsibility and the importance of cost management.The combination of them can provide more effective means for business management projects.Using a study of Expressway Project,the purpose of this study is to make a deep analysis for the project liability cost management and provide a more comprehensive approach to guarantee a rapid implementation and accurate operation of responsibility cost management,which will make the construction enterprises continuously update the existing cost management standards,and constantly improve.(1)this paper expounds some terms and definitions related to the responsibility cost management,analyzes the basic principles and contents of the responsibility cost management,and the basic methods of the project liability cost management.(2)it minutely introduces the responsibility center,including the principle and method of the responsibility center.On this basis,the paper lists a lot of work decomposition methods,focusing on the responsibility matrix decomposition process and making the division of responsibility center with an instance.(3)this paper expounds the principles and basis of responsibility cost budget,form of responsibility cost budget,programming and step of responsibility cost budget,working out a responsibility cost budget with an instance.(4)this paper introduces the dynamic adjustment of the responsibility cost budget,the assessment and cash of the responsibility cost management performance,controlling the cost of project liability in operation with an example.The content of this paper is summarized and prospected.
