Strategies And Methods Research For Planning And Designing Low-Carbon And Slow Traffic In Urban Communities

With the rapid development of urbanization,the popularity of private cars,urban residents of the way of travel also changed.Although the use of motor vehicles for urban residents to facilitate,but the city has caused serious traffic congestion and air pollution threats,the city’s Low-carbon development is very unfavorable,and slow traffic,public transport is characterized by low-carbon green environmental protection,to a certain extent,both to meet the normal travel of residents and to ensure the sustainable development of the city.City is the main area of global carbon emission,the community as the largest functional composition of the city and the commencement point of human city life,for this,the author analyzes the slow traffic development process of domestic community,and from the urban community traffic planning view,combined with low-carbon concept to carry out related research and analysis.First of all,the paper from the"Low-carbon concept","Urban community" "Slow traffic" and other concepts’definition,make a summary of domestic and foreign research review,based on the practice cases of low carbon and slow traffic planning and construction in foreign communities,obtains the components of low carbon and slow traffic in urban communities,and analyzes the problems existing in low carbon and slow traffic in domestic communities based on the field investigation.To find out the influencing factors of low carbon and slow traffic planning in community,and to explore the slow traffic planning strategy and method under the guidance of low-carbon concept,aiming to find a set of low carbon slow traffic system planning strategy to meet the needs of large department community.At the end of the article,through a series of design strategies,such as the mixed utilization of community land functions,the restriction of private motor vehicle travel,the design of slow traffic road organization,the design of road system to stimulate public transportation,the promotion of slow traffic attraction design and the scientific policy strategy of the community,make Beijing Huilongguan Elegant Garden community as a practical renovation design.The design strategy is supported in practice cases.
