Study On The Quality-improved Urban Development Strategies Of Daliuta,Shenmu

At present,China’s urban development is transforming from extension to connotation growth.Quality improvement has become an important direction for urban transformation and development and new goals for planning and construction.In this paper,through the review of domestic and foreign research on urban quality improvement and local practical experience,combined with current development needs,the concept of urban quality,basic characteristics and promotion significance are proposed.Starting from the basic characteristics,the urban quality system is established and the city is defined.Quality components,evaluation methods,and promotion directions are used to establish a city quality improvement path.The purpose is to propose a basic analysis method for urban development with the aim of improving quality,and ideas for improving quality.Based on this theoretical framework,taking the experimental area of Daliuta as an empirical case,first of all,from the elements of urban quality composition,the quality characteristics of the city’s current status are summed up.Based on this status quo,the urban quality is evaluated using the entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.There are problems that need to be solved in order to improve the quality of the Greater Liuta Tower.On this basis,through the process of urban development,the development stages of Dali Tower are analyzed and the current urban quality positioning is defined.In conjunction with the positioning,it is clarified that in this orientation,the quality of the city of Daliuta should focus on the key points and the direction of improvement.Finally,a specific strategy for improving the quality of the Dali Tower and solving the current problems should be proposed.The main conclusions of the thesis:(1)Urban quality is a comprehensive performance of a city reflecting the needs of urban development and residents’ needs for a certain period of time.It has three major characteristics: multi-dimensional level,subjective and objective comprehensiveness,and dynamic stage.The improvement of urban quality is under the dual orientation of goals and issues.To meet the needs of residents as the fundamental purpose,the overall optimization of the external material image quality and internal spiritual and cultural quality is realized.(2)From the multidimensional level of urban quality,urban quality includes both internal spiritual essence and external material image.Intrinsic spiritual essence includes the intrinsic quality of urban economic development and social and cultural quality.External material image includes urban environmental landscape.Quality and facilities supporting quality,etc.From the subjective and objective comprehensiveness ofurban quality,urban quality evaluation should be based on a full understanding of the needs of residents,selecting appropriate quantitative measurement evaluation methods,and adopting quantitative and qualitative combined evaluation methods to do a city quality status assessment.Objective and fair evaluation and analysis;from the dynamic stage of urban quality,the stage of urban development can be divided into the leading stage of production,the dominant stage of investment,the dominant stage of ecology,the dominant stage of consumption,and the dominant stage of innovation.The side of urban quality improvement in each stage Focus and quality components have different effects.(3)Based on the present status of urban quality in Daliuta,qualitative and quantitative methods are used in this paper.The satisfaction degree of urban residents in Dali Tower is investigated and measured by using entropy method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and Dali Tower is obtained.Residents’ satisfaction with the status quo urban quality is generally low,with environmental landscape and facilities matching being the most prominent.(4)The current Daliuta transition period is dominated by the transition from the investment-led stage to the ecologically-dominant stage.In the process of transformation and development,the improvement of service facilities,optimization of the ecological environment,and transformation of the urban landscape have become the core construction goals for the current improvement in quality.(5)In line with the goal orientation of Dalita City’s quality improvement,in the economic industry,it is necessary to improve quality and efficiency,focus on green development,and solve residents’ employment as the promotion direction;in the aspect of environmental landscape,to improve the living environment and create a city The characteristic features are to enhance the direction;in terms of facilities and facilities,we must improve the public services,meet the diverse needs of residents,and improve the residents’ travel environment.(6)Based on the strategic positioning and development direction of Dalita’s urban quality,and focusing on outstanding problems in reality,four major strategies for improving the industrial structure,reshaping the landscape,improving the traffic environment and upgrading the facilities are proposed.
