Research On Quality Improvement Of Jinan CBD South Plaza Project Based On Quality Function Development

With the development of China’s national economy and the continuous improvement of the living standard,the speed and scale of urban construction have achieved unprecedented progress and development.As a pillar industry to drive the growth of China’s national economy,how to optimize and improve project quality has always been an eternal topic in the field of construction engineering.In the current construction project has a lot of engineering Quality improvement methods,but these methods often stays in the construction engineering Quality management level,completely from the perspective of the owner or customer requirements on engineering Quality improvement method is rarely,and QFD(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)this approach can maximize combined with the owner’s demand,improve the shortage of the existing engineering Quality improvement methods.Therefore,on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of relevant theoretical research status at home and abroad,this paper first expounds the concept and working principle of QFD,proposes to introduce QFD as a technical tool in the field of construction engineering,constructs an engineering quality improvement model based on QFD,and takes jinan CBD South Square project as an example for application analysis.Secondly,in the concrete implementation process,affinity graph method(KJ method)was used to obtain the owner’s demand of Jinan CBD South Plaza project,and AHP analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the importance of the owner’s demand.After that,the project quality characteristics are carried out.Through the correlation between the owner’s demand and the project quality characteristics,the importance of the owner’s demand is quantitatively transformed into the importance of the project quality characteristics,so as to determine the project quality characteristics related to the owner’s demand that need to be improved for the Jinan CBD South Square project.Finally,according to the data obtained from the above analysis,the project quality house of Jinan CBD South Square was constructed,and a systematic and comprehensive project quality improvement model was established,so as to effectivelyimprove the Jinan CBD South Square project.The results show that the project quality improvement model based on QFD can integrate the owner’s demand into the construction project,and then take targeted improvement measures,which is different from the traditional project quality management theory.This research method can effectively improve the project quality,create the project that the owner is satisfied with,improve the market competitiveness,have the innovation.The research results are helpful to further enrich the methods of engineering quality improvement and have great practical significance for the effectiveness and scientificity of engineering quality improvement.
