Research On Application Of Constructor Project Management Process Based On BIM

The application of BIM technology has provided a new way for building construction management.At present,many construction enterprises invest a lot of resources to popularize BIM technology,but due to the lack of standardization process of BIM implementation,many construction enterprises lack BIM application experience,which makes the BIM application not reach the expected effect.This article stands in the position of the project item management constructor,the project item management constructor regards BIM technology implementation process as the research object.This paper mainly analyzes the main tasks of the application of BIM technology in the preparation,implementation and delivery of project management.The article uses the literature analysis method,questionnaire survey,case study,and so on,a large number of Chinese and foreign scholars papers and related information,and through questionnaires,the enterprise management personnel,project managers,BIM software manufacturers actually implementing BIM technology is researched,the following contents are studied: BIM technology related theory;The application point of BIM Technology in construction project,traditional construction project item management flow,restrictive influencing factor of applying BIM technology in construction enterprises at present.Through the analysis of the above theoretical research and the actual investigation result,learn from the theory of BPR,taking the traditional construction project implementation flow as the foundation,guiding the construction enterprise Project BIM Implementation application as the goal,the solution of the main factor of restricting the BIM technology application of the construction enterprise as the guide,this paper constructs the constructor item management implementation flow based on the BIM,namely: BIM application Preparation stage,BIM application implementation phase,BIM implementation results delivery stage,and the main work of each stage implementation is introduced.Finally,the effectiveness of the implementation process is verified by the application in a city financial building project.This paper puts forward a complete implementation flow focusing on constructor implementing and applying the BIM technology,which has certain significance in theory and practical application,and has certain reference value.
