The application of BIM technology has transformed the construction industry from the traditional mode to informationization.Informationization will change the phenomenon of high pollution,high energy consumption,low efficiency,low profit and incomplete information in the construction industry.This will not only bring technological changes to the construction industry,but also increase the profit margins of constructor.In recent years,the application of BIM technology by construction general contracting companies has increased significantly,but most companies report that it is difficult to measure the benefits of BIM and the benefits of BIM are not obvious,which hinders the application of BIM technology by enterprises.Therefore,the application benefit evaluation of BIM in the construction industry is an urgent problem to be solved.The paper establishes the constructor’s BIM technology application benefit evaluation index system,and adopts the integrated DEMATEL-ISM method,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and the indirect benefit value formula to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of BIM application and quantify the benefit value of the indirect benefit index.The integrated DEMATE-ISM method analyzes the relationship and the degree of mutual influence between benefit indicators,and determines the attribute,importance and weight of each indicator.Among them,the weights of finance,product,organization,management and strategy are 0.086,0.352,0.155,0.163 and 0.244 respectively.Further analyze the relationship between the benefit indicators,and construct a multi-level hierarchical directed structure diagram of the BIM benefit indicators composed of 5 levels.From the figure,it is found that the bottom layer is the one with the largest input and the least output,and the upper level gradually reverses.The 5 levels have the effect of promoting layer by layer.If the information and data flow at all levels is smooth,it will play the best role in promoting and reap the greatest BIM application benefits.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method obtains the comprehensive evaluation of the project BIM application benefits.The indirect benefit value formula quantifies the benefit value represented by theindirect benefit index.Using the established BIM benefit evaluation system to evaluate the BIM application of Dongxihu Cultural Center project,it is concluded that the comprehensive evaluation effect of the application of BIM in the project is "good".The total benefit value is3,281,800 yuan,the indirect benefit value is 2,901,800 yuan,and the profit is 814,800 yuan.Analysis of the BIM application of this project shows that the scores of S9,S12,S7,S8,and S10 are very low,and the scores of S6,S5,S14,and S1 are very high.From the multi-level hierarchical directed structure diagram,we can see that the indicators with high ratings are concentrated in the fourth and third levels,while the indicators at the second and first levels are not high,and some are even very low.In view of the bad application of BIM,we will provide suggestions to the enterprises contracting this project from the aspects of BIM talents,information interaction,and enterprise standardization management.This article provides a complete set of methods for constructor to evaluate the benefits of BIM application,and plays a positive role in promoting the application of BIM technology in the construction industry.
