| In recent years,China’s construction industry continues to grow at a high speed,and drives the development of related industries.The government has promulgated a series of measures to improve the industrial structure of the construction industry and enhance the competitiveness of the industry.China’s GDP is increasing year by year,and the total output value of the construction industry is also rising steadily.The registered constructor is an important management personnel in the construction industry,and the number of practicing personnel determines the development speed of the industry.In this paper,the constructor’s certification system is taken as the main research object.Through in-depth study of relevant systems and practices in western developed countries,the development process of China’s constructor’s system is reviewed,the existing problems of China’s constructor’s system are summarized,and a questionnaire is prepared to explore the reasons behind the problems and the solutions.In addition to the questions used to investigate personal information,the questionnaire mainly adopts the form of scale questions.The topic is divided into 3 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators.The collected data was imported into SPSS statistical software to analyze the basic information,reliability and validity of the participants in the questionnaire.By summarizing the results of the questionnaire survey and combining with the interviews of industry experts and the hot issues in the news,it is concluded that there are problems in the whole life cycle of the constructor’s certification,mainly in the three aspects of examination,practice and continuing education.The main problems include:the policy has not been updated in a timely manner and is out of touch with the current industry situation,policy is not strictly implemented after the formulation or lack of corresponding supervision mechanism.These problems inhibit the growth of the number of practitioners,hinder the development of the certification system,and can not adapt to the steady and rapid growth of the construction industry.China’s construction qualification system has been established for nearly 20 years,and it still needs to be developed and improved.The problem is only the appearance of the problem,to solve the problem requires in-depth study of its causes.Then,combining with western institutional experience,the author puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems.What needs to be noted is that when drawing on the advanced experience of western developed countries,we should not blindly copy,but should take China’s national conditions as the basis.The purpose of this paper is to put forward and solve the existing problems of the constructor’s system in China,and to provide decision-making help for the development of the constructor’s system in China. |
