At present,with the development of society,the demand for new large-scale grain warehouses has increased.Large-scale grain warehouses have relatively high requirements for the bearing capacity of foundations.If foundation foundations are improperly designed,engineering accidents will occur,causing huge loss of life and property.This paper is based on the silo pile foundation engineering,using genetic algorithm to optimize the pile foundation design.The main research work is as follows:(1)Starting from the example project,geotechnical surveys were conducted through engineering drilling,in-situ tests,and indoor geotechnical tests.The stability,suitability of the site,and the mechanical properties of each rock and soil layer were evaluated and evaluated to optimize the pile foundation.Design provides reasonable and accurate basis.(2)Based on the genetic algorithm,the mathematical model of pile foundation optimization design was established.The economic optimization of pile foundation was taken as the overall optimization objective.The pile foundation was optimized by using pile foundation cost,bearing capacity of pile foundation and subsidence of pile foundation as standard function.Combining with actual projects,MATLAB is used to perform optimization calculations.(3)Before the construction,piles were tested on the 9 construction piles with a hydraulic static pile driver.The final pressure of the static pressure piles and the criteria for entering the bearing layer were compared with the geotechnical investigation.The pile-pile data were analyzed and the pile-pile resistance was obtained.Depth change curve.And made a predictability analysis,can be used to guide the construction of the project.(4)Through static load test and low strain test,testing and verification were carried out from the aspects of bearing capacity and quality of the pile foundation.It was found that the optimized design of the pile foundation meets the requirements of bearing capacity and pile integrity,thus verifying the optimization.The feasibility of the result.
