By using load demarcation technology which was drawn on aircrafts and other large-scale structures and the experiment method about motor car bogie frame strength analysis which was listed in Criterion "UIC615-4" for reference and studing passenger transportation electric locomotive bogie frame up to 200km/h, the method for frame dynamic load demarcation was researched in this thesis. The paper involves the following aspects.1) The bogie frame model building and the simplified finite element model building.2) By using Criterion "UIC615-4" for reference, determinate loading mode, loading points and loading apportionment of the bogie frame under floating-sinking dynamic loads, roll dynamic loads, lateral dynamic loads, tortional dynamic loads and motor dynamic loads.3) Based on the symmetry and antisymmetry of loads, select bridging form that was suitable for frame load demarcation.4) Analyzing and confirming scheme of floating-sinking dynamic load demarcation, roll dynamic load demarcation, lateral dynamic load demarcation, tortional dynamic load demarcation and motor dynamic loads demarcation.Discussion on methods of locomotive bogie frame load spectrum demarcation is the necessary preparation for building load database of High-speed EMUs.
